Welcome to the Original Stone Paving Company! We at The Original Stone Paving Company have an unparalleled reputation for the installation of a range of original stone products. Our work specialises in all aspects of high quality Yorkshire, granite and aligned materials. Our service includes all associated groundwork, drainage and brickwork. We offer a complete package from supply to completion, or, dependant on quality of materials we can work on a labour only basis. If you are seeking imitation, either in materials or workmanship read no further, as we do not engage in contracts which utilise inferior materials. We source a wide range of high quality stone from around the World and therefore whilst using genuine materials, we still offer the discerning customer a wide variety of choice. The company founder Stephen Cook (universally known as Cookie) has more than twenty-five years experience in quality craftsmanship, working in both new and reclaimed materials, including historical conservation and original projects both in the U.K. and in a number of European Countries. In an effort to give an indication of the nature and quality of our work we have included some examples of previous contracts. Please click on links on the left to view some of our projects. We would like to point out that we have permission to display these, but as a general rule the customers confidentiality is completely respected. Our previous contracts have included working on sensitive governmental buildings, and also private individuals for whom security is paramount. It has therefore not been possible to display some of the projects of which we are particularly proud.
